Vanessa has over twenty-five years of experience leading high-performing development teams in Africa and globally. She has assembled a high-performing and internationally renowned team specifically designed to address the localisation sustainability strategic objectives. Our approach is built based on decades of experience and science, working to strengthen and grow African organizations, layering assessment tools and trainings with technical assistance and benchmarking. Our approach is to shift ownership for the diagnosis of the gaps in organizational capacity to the organizations with our support, technical assistance and mentorship. The result will be stronger awareness and ownership of opportunities for growth through self-administered tools. This approach will strengthen adaptive management capacity of organizations to continuously improve performance and accountability.
